Just answer is a con the answers are avaliable for free on the internet. Their scam examiner google ad keeps showing up at 419eater and trying to charge people for scam advice and assesments you can get for free at 419eater.

I used JustAnswer once. Two days later I had to cancel my credit card because of fraudulent charges. Coincidence? I think not. Not only was the answer from the "expert" unsatisfactory, but now I have the inconvenience of having to function without a card until my new card comes. I canceled my account the same day I used the service and I won't be using them or anyone like them again. Better I joing prepaid legal. To all the experts trying to provide a service, good for you, but someone in billing is a fraudster!

4/12/12 Got a call from Mastercard last night. JA was tryingto charge my card for $1.48. This is usually the forerunner of someone someone who is going to use your card illicitly. All this after trying to cancel my $48 a month subsription. I have no idea what the people above are talking about when they refer to "per question" charges.
Scam? AT THE VERY LEAST!!! I'm worried sick about my experience with their having my creditcard number. I'am a MA resident. They CA. I have filed a complaint not just with the FTC, but the US Attorney's office.
