I had googled the issue to death (no pun intended) but could not find anything concrete specific to my question. The response was quick (i chose medium priority), sensible questions were asked and the final answer was clear and, as it turns, out correct. I found it an easy, hassle free way to get the answer I needed, in the comfort of my own home and at a convienent time (when kids were in bed). It sounds like they need to sort billing issues, but I would happily use again. I would ask why the guy who wasn't happy (Ash2004) accepted the answer anyway...?
