For over two weeks now I have a problem to sign into my hotmail.co.uk account. I have tried to follow the steps when you forget your passpord and the ‘reset’ link is emailed into your additional email. But when i go into the additional email and try to reset the link for the Hotmail it says ‘There is a temporary problem, please try again later’. But this been happening for the past two weeks and the temporary problem doesn’t seem to be ‘TEMPORARY’..I have also tried to delete the caches and cookies and log in from another computer, using different provider but nothing helps and am completely frustrated as I had all my work on that account.
